business delegation to promote Xinomavro – PDO Naoussa Wine is travelling to Australia, and NOVACERT as Implementing Body of the program, is organizing a series of events aimed at both industry professionals and the general public of Melbourne.
Specifically, on Monday, June 20th, “Epocha” restaurant will host a trade-tasting for 50 distinguished importers, sommeliers and journalists. The guests will taste Xinomavro wine and will get information about the characteristics of Naoussa wine zone.
Next day is at “Elyros” wine-bar, where local distributors, sommeliers, journalists and bloggers will have the opportunity to taste Xinomavro wine, accompanied by Greek appetizers and dishes.
Wednesday, June 22 will find us at “Elyros”, where another wine tasting event targeted at VIP friends of wine in Melbourne and selected wine distributors. Producers’ representatives will make a presentation on Naoussa Zone and local wineries.
Last days of the business delegations are on Thursday, June 23 and Friday, June 24, with an open event for the public (consumer-tasting) in central Melbourne cellars, where consumers shall have the opportunity to discover Xinomavro of Naoussa and its special features!
