NOVACERT, in the context of implementation of the action of training of the operational program of A/C GRAMVOUSA, organized in collaboration with the Cooperative a training workshop for its members. The event was held on Thursday, March 17th at the conference hall of the St. George parish in Gramvousa, Kissamos focusing on olive pruning.
Presentations were made by NOVACERT Agriculturist Mr. Nicholas Aggelakis and Mr. Konstantinos Nikiforakis – former Agriculturist DAOK Chania (General Direction of Peripheral Agricultural Economy and Veterinary), who analyzed theoretical issues in formative pruning, fruiting and renewal of olives. The event was concluded with a practical demonstration in the field.
